Lyson manufactures high-quality beekeeping equipment for all size beekeeping operations, from hobbyist through commercial. They have an extensive distribution network on all continents except Antarctica, based on partnerships with trusted beekeeping suppliers. Lyson products are sought after for their quality craftsmanship and innovative designs. Betterbee is proud to be the exclusive Lyson importer in the United States, and has been distributing quality Lyson equipment directly to consumers and resellers since 2015.

What’s available?
Betterbee stocks a wide variety of Lyson extractors, hives, clothing, and other equipment and we’re constantly adding products to meet the needs of beekeepers. Some products are customized to meet American needs, like by changing the power supply to work with our electrical system, or increasing the leg height to accommodate a U.S.-standard 5-gallon bucket. Other products are the result of a shared development process between Betterbee and Lyson, which lets our expert teams collaborate to produce exciting new beekeeping products.
While we stock many items, we carry nowhere near the full range of products that Lyson produces. Lyson has many highly specialized pieces of equipment such as honey dehydrators, pollen processing machines, industrial scale honey creamers, and extracting lines. In addition, Lyson produces hives in a variety of dimensions other than the U.S.-standard Langstroth, including Polish National, Dadant, and British National. Some products may require customization at Lyson to work with a customer’s electrical supply. In addition, some products may not be available to import due to import restrictions in the US.
