5 Frame Nuc Feeding Shim

Shims are a versatile hive component used to create 1 1/2" space under the inner cover. This space can be used for feeding (fondant, dry sugar, pollen patties, and winter patties), or to allow introduction of medications.

Notes:

• Product comes unassembled, but are pre-drilled and include screws
• Works with 5 frame nucs
• The entrance can be sealed with a plug which can be removed for a winter entrance or for ventilation in the summer
