We produce most of our own honey and buy the rest from local beekeepers. We market it under the "Southern Adirondack Honey" label to evoke the hilly, wildflower-filled region of upstate New York's Washington, Saratoga and Rensselaer Counties. Surrounded by the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Taconic Mountains of Massachusetts and the six million acre wilderness park of the Adirondack Mountains, this region is an agricultural center for small dairy and horse farms and a recreational and cultural paradise.

Our bees work the wildflowers on the hallowed grounds where the battles of Saratoga were fought.They work the shores of the mighty Hudson River. They work the basswood trees along the world famous trout streams, the Battenkill and the Hoosick. They pollinate the apple orchards and the melon fields.
