Classes and Events 2014

Beginning Beekeeping Class

The class is designed to provide an introduction to the fascinating world of honeybees. The class is structured to cover the basics of what is needed to start beekeeping and to keep colonies productive and healthy. It is set up with the beginner in mind but will also provide a good review for people with some experience. Please note that there will also be classes on more advanced beekeeping topics through the spring and summer.

Classes run from 9:00 to 3:00 with a lunch break (and lunch) provided. You have the option to buy the The Beekeeper's Handbook at a reduced price of $21.95.

See the schedule of the classes here.
