Maxant Wax Processing Tank

This tank has so many uses. You can use it as an Uncapping Tank, a Wax Cleaning & Filtering Tank or a Honey Heating Tank (will accommodate submersing up to a 60 lb. pail).

Hint 1: You can liquefy a 60 lb. pail of granulated honey in it by surrounding the pail in a water bath.

Hint 2: Clean and filter wax from cappings or old comb by mixing them with water and bringing to a boil. The water and dirt fall to the bottom leaving the cleaned, liquid wax on top which can then be strained. Cleans about 100 lbs. in one batch – which takes about 6 hours.
