The same frame rests used on our BeeMax™ hives. (Work on wooden hives too, when cut down.) Sturdier and easier to nail than metal rests. Nailed from the side so there is nothing to catch your hive tool on when scraping propolis and wax off the frame rests.
NOTE: These will be pre-cut at 14-3/8" to fit both Beemax and 10 frame Wooden equipment. **For 8 Frame equipment you will be required to cut these at home with a hack saw, circ./chop saw to fit inside at approx 12" in length.
*We recommend flipping the frame rest 180 degrees, so that the longer part of the frame rest is mesh with the wall of the hive body or medium super. In other words, you want to frame rest to sit in the hive so that is forms an upright "L" not an upside down "L" like in the picture. Putting the frame rest in the orientation from the picture may cause the frames to stick to the frame rest, therefore defeating the purpose of a frame rest.
