Cedar Hive Stand

These finely crafted Cedar Hive Stands provide a wider porch for honeybees entering the hive as well as raising the bottom board and beehive off the ground. It will increase the lifetime of the bottom board and prevent ground moisture from entering the beehive. If you want a traditional beehive set up without the aesthetic values of cinder blocks or used pallets, this is the hive stand for you.

Every one of our hive stands is constructed from Eastern White Cedar, which is slow to decay when in contact with the ground. These hive stands will last a long time with proper care. Shipped unassembled with pre-drilled holes and screws for easy assembly. Offered in three variants to suit which ever type of bottom board you have (8 Frame, 10 Frame, or BeeMax®).
