Plastic Queen Excluder - 8 frame

A queen excluder serves as a selective barrier inside the hive, limiting where the queen and drones can travel. It is meant to keep the queen out of the honey supers. Our enhanced design of the excluder allows bees to pass through more readily. Frequent cross-bracings make for exceptional strength and long life. Compared to the metal queen excluder, it’s easy to clean wax from these plastic excluders. Simply put them in the freezer overnight and gently bend them once they are frozen.The wax will just pop off.
