POSITION OPENING

Purpose:
Betterbee, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Fulfillment Clerk with prior warehouse and fulfillment experience. Successful candidates will provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers and be highly detailed and thorough.

Areas Of Responsibility:

Receive, count and put away inventory accurately and in a timely fashion, at times using fork-lift or pallet jack to load/unload and re-locate product, Prepare merchandise to be sold to customers by packaging into specific quantities, assist with the production of products as needed, Restock bins as necessary, Pick customer orders for shipment and pick-up, Pack customer orders and prepare them for shipment, Assist with inventory activities as needed, Assist with keeping warehouse, show room and other Betterbee facilities clean and organized, Other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Fulfillment Team Member
Job Type: Entry Level to 2-3 Years Experience
Job Tenure:  Contract Temporary Part-Time Hire, Probationary period of three months. Full time postion may be available at end of contract period.

Essential Job Functions:

• Learn the basics of beekeeping to become familiar with our producs and their uses.
• Pre-packing merchandise
• Picking Orders
• Packing and shipping orders through ERP.
• Provide cheerful customer service as well as attention to detail in fulfilling pick-up orders.
• Other duties as assigned

Reports to
• Operations Manager

Hours
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and some Saturdays, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Contract Position (approximately 30-40 hours/wk)

Compensation
• Hourly wage commensurate with experience and skills
